Welcome to my Wedding Photography site. My name is Gautam Narayanan and I am a wedding photographer based in Manchester. My work is mainly in a documentary style however, I work off detailed briefs from my clients. There are always some tastefully done posed images that you would like and some family or group shots. I have done reportage style photography for internationally renowned charities such as Care international and the British council. So the images you get are a combination of modern wedding photography and what you would get from a classical wedding photographer. Simply put on the day I will photograph according to the input I’ll get from you during our consultations. You will receive assistance in planning your wedding photography and this ensures things move very smoothly on the wedding day. Its all about good and detailed planning.

My wedding photography captures your special moments that you would enjoy in time to come and the wedding albums that I offer are some of the best available. I like to work unobtrusively and capture true, natural moments which I feel only photographs can capture. The love and emotion of reportage and documentary style wedding photography is truly unique. You will get your best wedding photographs on a DVD ready to print and if you like I can design a top of the line album for you. All the images on the DVD will be carefully photo enhanced and finished with the latest wedding photography colour correction techniques. Documentary & Reportage Wedding Photography Manchester

So what does it mean to be one ? As I said before I mainly photograph in a documentary style but these days brides want an ‘all round’ great wedding photographer to capture the day in its full glory. This can include photographing the wedding discretely and also mean your wedding photographer should be able to photograph fashion style wedding photography portraits with ease along with being able to get classy shots of products like rings and shoes. I always try and observe images so they don’t look posed but also have the ability to photograph still lifes like rings & dresses and stylised wedding photography images.
